THE MONDRIAN, LONDON.
This time last week I was preparing for a busy day of shows and shoots as part of London Fashion Week Day Three. Anya Hindmarch, Topshop Unique and Temperley invites were packed and ready to go, but the first item on the agenda was to check in to the Mondrian Hotel.
Having already stayed once this month for an overnight press trip with Clarins, The Mondrian feels like it’s become a second home for me this month. They even kept the previous stay details on file and allocated me the same room, so it really did feel like a home away from home. After a long day of shows, a night of good room service overlooking the river, with a balcony sweet lit by tea light candles (part of the turn down service – so cute!) was exactly what I needed. The suit I had is so spacious and bright that come morning time I almost bounced out of bed – almost – the beds are way too comfy to willingly leap out from.
If you’re looking for a luxury stay in London, I couldn’t recommend the Mondrian enough There are so many hotels I love but I think this would have to be my number one recommendation!
I thought I’d also show you my super laid back outfit for London Fashion Week Day Four whilst we’re here too – I had two shows on my list but unfortunately due to feeling so ill I couldn’t make it – I’d had the most hectic week running up to Fashion Week with deadlines and shoots – I had around four hours sleep each night and by the following week it obviously caught up with me. I was so gutted, as I couldn’t wait to see Pringle with L’Oreal Paris as they were doing the makeup and Joseph with L’Oreal Pro to see the hair styling – both shows looked so incredible though as I watched them on the live stream!
