I mentioned last week that I’ve been back and forth to London at lot recently for lots of different reasons – one of them being Charlotte Tilbury’s new offerings – and I couldn’t hint at getting a peek at them without fully taking you along with me now, could I?
It’s no secret that summer collections will always have my heart above anything else, so when you mix being in a room with CT herself and getting a preview of an incredible collection, you have my full attention.
The CT X Norman Parkinson collection was the highlight of the afternoon, with cream blushes, highlighters and contours on hand to swatch and snap as we pleased. NP’s artwork hung on the walls and made our idyllic Piccadilly location that little bit more dreamy. Charlotte’s team of makeup artists were on hand to apply some of the new offerings to our very excited faces – of course I was straight in line for a seat! I pretty much had the whole collection applied on my face, along with the Eyes To Mesmerise, the new creamy eyeshadows launching in May – heads up, they’re super swoony.
Once my makeup was finished, Alix took a seat in the chair whilst I snapped away for my Instagram and Snapchat (duhh). During this time the windows to the balcony were opened and I couldn’t quite resist jumping out to get a view of Piccadilly and a few photos of my finished makeup.
I’ll be going through the whole collection in detail later this week – sorry if you get sick of reading about it – I’m well aware it’s been reviewed everywhere already but you know I love to put my two cents in!
