What a week this one’s been! I started off the week boarding a train to Paris and have since travelled home, been sick, spent a few days out of town and am just starting to feel a little more myself after some country air. I’m definitely ready to spend a week having some down time on my own turf.
But rewinding to Monday for a moment, if you watch my vlogs you will have seen already that Parisian beauty subscription box “My Little Box” invited me over to have a little poke around in their office and for a day of exploration in the Northern quarter of Paris. We had breakfast at the MLB headquarters where I secured my vision for our upcoming living room revamp, followed by lunch and a skincare workshop, and couldn’t leave before having a supermarket sweep style dash around a few pharmacies.

It was a very fleeting visit, but has confirmed my desire for day trip number two. I’ll hopefully be booking that later this summer, with the potential to continue further south for an extended vacation – we’ll see!
