This week I woke up to a stream of texts with the words “snow” over and over again. Despite it being half an hour earlier than I normally get up, I was up, dressed and out the door in the space of five minutes. The first snow of 2015 had settled in Brighton and Nala and I were going for a walk!
In typical Nala style, she wasn’t too keen on the snow – but then again she’s not a lover of the great outdoors at all. Wrapped up in her coat she pranced around, flicking snow with her nose and then snorting at it because it felt cold. Silly sausage. She also played with a fellow brown pomeranian – they looked mighty cute frolicking in the snow together (completely reinforcing my dream of a fellow pom sister for her in the future).
Unfortuntely a morning of snow fun (in addition to all the London visits this week) has set me back a little on my work schedule. I’ve got a lot to do tomorrow before crazy february rolls around. Cross your fingers for me!
