The Sunday Post: Get Set. Go.

This week I finally managed to get over the fact that it is non longer December. I’ve fully weened myself off humming Christmas songs and eating all the left over biscuits and I finally feel ready for my mammoth to do list. Patting myself on the back for making it out the other side of the worlds longest Christmas hangover.

FEELING INSPIRED: This weekend has really been a “get shit done” kind of weekend. I worked, I did a massive drugstore/highstreet makeup shop, and I’ve got the next two weeks of my schedule pretty much locked down. It’s busy, and I feel like I might have to go under ground next month as my to do list is so big, but I’m excited. There are a lot of things I’m working away on, and I feel like I’m really starting to push myself when it comes to planning my content.

FITNESS UPDATE: In addition to getting shizz done, I’ve been continuing to work out at least three times a week. I spend no more than 45 minutes (not including dog walks) and no less than 20 and I am starting to see and feel the difference now. Definitely feel when it comes to doing the 30 day squat challenge. My bum feels like it’s make of stone. (YES I DID JUST SAY THAT)

ADVENTURES ON THE HORIZON: Having a good overview of my schedule for the upcoming weeks includes booking in little adventures. Starting small but exciting none the less. Especially when some are in the company of your favourite people. Get ready for some adventures.

Great job on continuing to work out! It's such a pain, but there's something so satisfying about seeing a slight change!

Today has been a "get stuff done" kind of day, scheduling blog posts and getting ready for uni tomorrow. I also had a Christmas hangover, actually I removed my christmas tree yesterday! It's so good to see that you are committed and working out, maybe you could do a fitness blog post.

I'm not fond of January precisely due to the end of the Christmas season. Not even the resolutions mood can erase that empty feeling.
    So we gotta stay motivated!
