Every since starting the “Most Loved” series, Bumble and Bumble have been at the top of my list to feature. I was never really a massive lover of high end haircare until I discovered Bumble, it’ an expensive habit but I’ve never been disappointed in the products I’ve tried. This might be down to lucky choices but either way I can easily pick out a top five for various hair ailments…
The Sunday Shampoo: My first ever Bumble purchase. It’s deep cleansing yet gentle, doesn’t smell like washing up liquid or leave your hair feeling dry and stripped. The reason this post was so long in the making is because I leant it to a friend who had a fair bit of product build up (and I couldn’t do this post sans Sunday Shampoo!), even she gave it the thumbs up!
The Thickening Contour Cream*: If your hair is lacking volume at the roots, a little scoop of this massaged in will fix that right up. Mixed with the thickening mousse it creates the biggest mane of hair I’ve ever seen, but even alone it’s still the best product I have for instant volume – no heat necessary.
The Deep Mask: My bouncy hair secret. Whenever I use this I’m always asked if I’ve had a haircut – it just gives so much life and bounce back. I always up the usage of this when I’m trying to grow my hair (a.k.a right now) and after a year am now coming to the end of my first tube – roll on tube number two!
The City Swept Finishing Spray*: The latest release with the marmite reaction. Not everyone quite gets this product and it’s understandable. I think it’s also named slightly wrong. My hair is quite textured but also very fluffy – texturising sprays give too much texture and make things feel a little dry, but the city swept spray gives the separation and hold that most sprays give without the extra texture. Perfect. I always use this to finish off a hairstyle. It just leaves my hair looking a little more lived in.
The Surf Conditioner*: The Surf Shampoo is good but the conditioner – The BEST. It gives just the right amount of nourishment without making my hair feel weighed down or too glossy. It’s not a deep conditioner or a miracle worker by any means, but when my hair lacks volume (a.k.a all the darn time) I use this and it makes it feel much more lightweight than other shampoos – making it easier to create volume.
