For me this week marked one of my favourite times of the year: Spring. Pancake day always reminds me that Easter is coming, this means some seriously stunning flowers start to pop up in my local florist, I’ll be leaving work and it will still be light (note to self: purchase SPF) and the UK’s yearly random Spring heatwave will be with us soon. Anyone else notice this? We always have a random heatwave in the spring and no one is ever prepared?
On Tuesday morning, the boy and I were up far earlier than we’d usually agree with in the name of Pancakes. Two bacon and maple syrup pancakes and two iced coffees please! We went to Cafe Coho where the pancakes are amazingly light and fluffy. Unsurprisingly I didn’t need elevensies after this like I usually do after my daily bowl of coco pops!
This weekend I saw my lovely friend Luce (but more on that next weekend) and will be spending today working on a little DIY project for my room (more on that soon too – if it’s successful obviously), all whilst catching up on the current dive that is Pretty Little Liars. I have so many issues with the current story line, but just can’t tear myself away.
