The Review: Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado

Two things I’m a fan of: 1) avocado (yes, this is going somewhere) and two 2) thick eye creams. So when I was hit with multiple reviews of the Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado in the same week (whilst sporting some very dehydrated under eyes), I was down to Space NK faster than I order Dominos on a Friday night.

The Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment is by far the thickest eye cream I’ve ever used, but still isn’t too rich for my skin. I’ve been using it both morning and night since I picked this up at the end of December and I can officially call it love. A little goes a long way and really does help to give the eye area an extra boost of hydration. If you’re looking for a fail-safe eye cream I would definitely recommend this one. It’s enriched with avocado which helps to make it wonderfully moisturising – something I really value in an eye cream as it means I can use heaver concealers without them looking dry or cakey.

If you watched my haul video at the end of December you’ll know I picked up something else from Kiehl’s alongside this which has also made it way into my daily routine. I seem to be on a roll with this brand at the moment so let me know if you have any recommendations!

I've been using this too Suzie, the consistency and texture is very thick and creamy.

It's a wonderful cream, the only thing I'm a bit undecided on is that it turns quite watery when you apply it :o) Xx

Wonderful review. I love this eye cream and it is amazing for those of us with dry skin. I know from your videos and posts that you've suffered from Eczema in the eye area- I do too! This product worked really well for me during last winter. This winter I have used the African Botanics Intense Repair Balm from Space NK and it has been a miracle worker!! Deffo check it out- it is an excellent balm to repair anything from Razor cuts to Eczema!!

This sounds amazing and you're not the only one I've heard rave about it; I'm having a hard to justifying it, though, because I don't think it would help with puffiness (my main concern) and I don't really get a dry eye area. xo

I'm more than half way through my first pot of this… I'm not opposed to trying other eye creams, because I know that there are other good ones out there, but this one is really soothing and thick, which are two things that sit at the top of my list. I might look into some eye gels, because I think they do a lot more for allergies and puffiness.
