For the past few days it feels as though I haven’t left the house apart from the occasional food or post office run. Things are pretty crazy at the moment and there are lots of exciting things going on which take a lot of preparation and are causing more than the occasional twinge of anxiety. So what do I do when this happens? Re-arrange the bathroom and invite the best friend over for thai food and sleep overs. The perfect distraction.
I did a spot of baking yesterday and decided to capture the whole disastrous experience on camera (the last two photos above are outtakes from the footage). Oh yes, I filmed a baking vlog and it could potentially be horrific – do we want to see it? I made Rosie’s avocado brownies and they were delicious!
Today I’m going to continue with the polishing of the turd (excuse the phrase) that is our bathroom – there’s a reason it didn’t feature in the flat tour and I’ve had enough! I’m also going to take my mind off my to do list and bury myself in the world of Pokemon Crystal for a good few hours. Nice and un-productive – that’s the stuff.
