The Extras: Best of LFW

Zoe Jordan

Unique

 Burberry

Orla Kiely

Today I thought I’d give my two cents on my favourite looks from London Fashion Week so far. There’s nothing I’ve loved more over the past few days than sitting with my cup of tea and blueberry wheats (the best cereal ever – try it I dare you!) and watching the shows. I love that everything for A/W13 feels very structured – most of the pieces I love can be dressed up or look super casual – versatile pieces mean I will get my wear out of things and there’s nothing I love more than a purchase that will be worth it’s weight in gold.
For me Zoe Jordan embodied everything I love about an outift, monochrome with a pop of colour and some amazing patterns and textures. Orla Kiely literally left me drooling, and I felt they really stood out from all the other shows – perfect work-wear inspiration! Unique was amazing as always, so not so much to say there – apart from “SEQUINS – YES!” I love a good sequin piece… The one surprise for me was Burberry as I wasn’t expecting too much but I really loved everything by them – leopard print – hells to the yeah.

I haven’t finished watching all of the shows yet so let me know which ones have been your favourite so I can have a look! Who would have thought I’d be looking forward to autumn already?

These shows were my favourite too! I loved the set up of the Orla Kiely show. Have you seen John Rocha and Issa? Both just as amazing as the ones you've mentioned.
