The Sunday Post: Natural Nails

Rimmel Topcoat | Sally Hansen French Tip Polish | Essie Nourish Me Basecoat | Essie Sugar Daddy

All you see above is the one productive thing I’ve managed this Sunday. I really need to get my bum into gear as it’s taken me a week to edit one video and I currently have a grand total of 0 posts ready for the week ahead! A natural french manicure was the style of choice this week. I started with the Essie Nourish Me Basecoat, with the Sally Hansen French Tip over the ends of my nails. One coat of the french tip was all I needed as I wanted to avoid the acrylic nail look. I then layered two coats of Essie Sugar Daddy, which looks beautiful over french tips or alone to spruce up lazy nails. I then finished with a Topcoat by Rimmel – a surprisingly good topcoat with a really great brush – if you like the diffusion line brushes then you’ll like this!

I love this look, but I don’t know how long it will last as I’ve already caught my nail on the car door and chipped one of the tips – DOH!

Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend!

Although I'm wearing bright pink, I always prefer neutral colors for nails.

Great colors! I painted mine nude but sometimes I feel like I need lots of color to be satisfied with them! I will have to try this color 🙂
