Along with a massive candle splurge this weekend, I also picked up OPI’s “We’ll Always Have Paris” when I went out for breakfast/lunch with my bestie this weekend (chips and garlic mayo make a great brunch!). I’m really loving wearing darker colours on my nails at the moment, and am finally a bit sick of glitter now that Christmas is over.
“We’ll Always Have Paris” was released by OPI as part of their La Collection De France range in 2008. So it’s clearly by no means recent, but as I said I love darker colours right now, and this dark plum fits the bill! In some lights it looks slightly brown but in others a reddy purple – like Barry M’s Raspberry I’m sure we’ll be friends for quite a while. I’m really looking forward to alternating the two whilst my nails grow back (they all decided to completely break one day so they’re very little right now!) but I think even when they’re long this will look amazing! If you’re a fan of dark nail varnishes this one definitely one to look into, I think my next one will be the much talked about “Lincoln Park After Dark”.
On a side note, thank you for the various requests for new posts that I’ve had over the past week – a room tour-esk post is on the way this week! Also a big thank you to Leanne-Marie who gave me a little mention the other day and sent a few new people over!
Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend!

Lincoln Park After Dark is amazing, it's by far my favourite nail colour! I never have it off my hands, even in summer it manages to look just right!
That looks like such a lovely colour & yes I agree, Lincoln Park after Dark is a lovely shade! You have to get it!
This looks like such a beautiful colour! I haven't tried Lincoln Park After Dark…I'll have to check that one out next time I'm at an OPI stand 🙂 xx
This is a pretty color. Yes, will look forward to your next one.
By the way, do you have a new background or was I blind until today? Love the patterns of the shattered glass look.
