Jemma Kidd Light As Air Foundation

I seem to have a habit of only talking about products I love after I’ve repurchased them. But I’ve come to the conclusion that this can only be good, as I obviously really like it if I’m buying it again! My current foundation love is the Jemma Kidd – Light As Air foundation. I bought this in November and to start with didn’t quite love it as much as my Chanel Mat Lumiere, but it is now January, and 40 beige is too dark for my face, so Jemma Kidd came to my rescue…

I purchase mine from Feel Unique, and it can cost anything from £20 – 25 depending on whether there’s a sale on. I have bought this from beauty bay before, but I was really unimpressed with the service and the fact that they sent it in a box that could have fit about 20 of this product in it (Feel Unique packaging is much smaller) meaning it had to go to the post office and couldn’t be posted through my door – mission!

I would definitely put it under “your skin but better”, it’s not what I would say is a matte foundation, but by no means does it make me dewy (a look I steer well clear of!). I have the shade 03 – Medium/Light and apply it with my Sigma F80. It gives my winter skin colour a healthy glow, which I didn’t really know was possible and looks amazing with a rosey pink blush! It also doesn’t congregate in undesirable places which is always a win – my Chanel foundation was guilty of doing this on a regular basis!

For me this foundation ticks all the boxes, I personally can’t fault it in any way, it looks so natural and blends so easily – so much so my morning make up routine currently stands at 10 minutes! But that’s a story for another day 😉

I'm still in the midst of testing out this foundation, but I'm pretty much in love with it too 🙂 The F80 is wonderful to use with it too!

BlushCrush – Oop's I didn't say – that's what I get for writing when I'm sleepy! I'd say it's medium but easily build-able to full, depending on what you want/need – another reason why I love it!
