Chanel nail colour in 491 Rose Confidential and Chanel Illusion D’Ombre in Emerveille
So the other day I posted on Twitter that I’d bought myself something special from the Chanel counter in boots, but kept the contents a surprise for this post. Rose confidential is by far one of the prettiest colours that have ever graced my nails, it slightly reminds me of my “rumour has it” lipstick from Topshop, and I love matching them together! Emerveille is one of the most gorgeous eye shadows I’ve bought, it’s perfect for day and night as it’s colour is suitable for the day but shimmery enough for nights out. I also got given a sample of the Chanel mascara and, despite the hype, I don’t like it at all. Yes it makes your eyelashes longer, but it really does nothing for the volume of them at all, and if you aren’t blessed with a forest of eyelashes this will only accentuate that.
Has anyone else tried the Illusion D’Ombre in a different shade? I’d love to hear recommendations on other shades or other eye shadows like it!
